My path to purpose...

This is what happens when you trust your intuition...

My willingness to hustle in pursuit of my passions led me to work in film, television and entertainment, teaching and athletic coaching, becoming a certified yoga instructor, learning web design, working for an e-commerce scuba company and becoming a certified scuba diver among other things. In the midst of my search, I started to come across people and opportunities almost serendipitously and manifested the things I desired. Rather than chasing after things, I learned how to attract exactly what I was searching for directly to me. The process of pursuing so many different things and being exposed to a variety of different industries made me realize the work my soul craved was of my own making and on my own terms. Pursuing my passions provided me with a rich collection of skills and experiences which boosted my confidence to tackle the challenge of becoming an entrepreneur and starting my own business. I figured if I was willing to take the risk to figure out what I want to do with my life, then I was more than willing to figure out how to start and run my own business...And I'm sure as hell glad I did!

All good things come from pursuing your passions...

Now, as a certified Whole Person Coach — self-declared Fulfillment Coach — and self-employed business owner, I have the freedom to connect with people in the way I always imagined, guide them in the pursuit of their own passions and to a life that sets their soul on fire. This was all possible because I listened to what my soul was telling me instead of letting fear, doubt, uncertainty and expectations influence my decisions.

If your inner voice is telling you you're meant for something more, then I will guide you through the confusion to a satisfying and fulfilling life. There’s nothing worse than just going through the motions when you know deep inside you're dying to do something you're passionate about.

When I graduated college with a B.S. in Kinesiology and minor in Theatre, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life in terms of a career. All I really cared about or felt fulfilled doing was inspiring others and encouraging them to pursue the things they were passionate about. There wasn't exactly a career out there I knew of designed for such an abstract "skill set". Besides that, all I knew was I was passionate about many different things and wanted a career that would allow me to do a variety of things. So, despite the very real and looming burden of student loan debt, and the pressure to settle down and find a "real job",  I held off in search of a career that set my soul on fire. A career that not only allowed me to connect with and support others in the pursuit of their passions, but also provided the creative fulfillment, sense of purpose and freedom I desired, especially in terms of my time and money.

I despised the idea of just "working for a paycheck"...

At first, each job I pursued was exciting and seemed to be the one I was looking for. I had the chance to connect with people, utilize my strengths and experience and make a difference but over time, I started to feel limited by the confines of the job and got a strange feeling like I was meant for something more. Once that intuitive gut feeling reared its head, I knew it was time for me to go and continue my search for the fulfilling work I craved. I was terrified the first time I left a job. I worried I was making the biggest mistake of my life. I had only been working there for 7 months and was strongly advised to stick it out for at least a year—"it will look better on a resumé" they said. But I wasn't interested in doing things for the money or sticking it out because it looked better. I was more concerned about honoring the integrity of my spirit and finding work that fulfilled me.

So I left.
